These terms and conditions manage the use of our hair salon services. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to respect these terms. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

You can call or use our online booking system to book an appointment with us. Our opening hours and availability are subject to change, so please check before booking.

When booking, confirmation is not made until the Admin team approves it on our end of the system. This helps prevent clashes and ensures the right time for treating your hair. Remember that once approval is made, a deposit of $50 is due before attending your appointment.

Our booking system is simple and convenient. If your preferred time does not align with our system, we will contact you to adjust the time or reschedule to another suitable date.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you need to do so, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee/no-show fee.

If you fail to attend an appointment, a fee must be paid before attempting to book another service with us.

ARRIVAL TIME

We kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please let us know immediately. Please note that arriving late may result in a shortened appointment time or a rescheduling of your appointment.

SERVICES

We offer various hair salon services, including cutting, styling, colouring, and treatments. Our prices are subject to change due to our suppliers and the length and thickness of hair, so please check before booking.

PAYMENT

Payment for our services is due at the time of your appointment. We accept cash, bank transfers, and mobile payments. We do not carry checks. You can also make a complete payment via booking online.

SAFETY AND HYGIENE

We take safety and hygiene very seriously. We use high-quality, professional-grade products and sanitize our tools and equipment between each client. Please let us know if you have any safety or hygiene concerns.
